For home deliveries, a person must be present at the place of delivery during the day (with identification), otherwise the costs of the new delivery will be charged to the customer.

Delivery is made either by direct handover of the product to the purchaser or by a simple notice of availability.
Delivery times are only given as an indication and may not give rise, on the part of the purchaser, either to the cancellation of the order or to a claim for damages in the event of delay due to any event. In case of doubt, the customer may inquire before placing the order with the company.
In the case of a delivery by a carrier, or any person mandated, it is advisable for the customer to check the contents of the packages received. The customer shall take the necessary time to check the contents at the time of delivery. The recipient must mention any anomaly on the delivery slip. He must check the packages in detail on delivery, both inside (contents of the packages) and outside (damaged cardboard).
The products travel at the risk of the buyer, who must make any necessary observations in the event of damage or shortage and confirm his reservations by extrajudicial act or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to within three days of receiving the articles.
The customer acknowledges that the company may make partial deliveries in the event of stock shortages on certain references.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, except if a notable rectification of the prices is due to a variation in price from one of our suppliers, in which case we may cancel the said order without compensation.
The products are sent at the normal rate, i.e. generally a delivery period of 8/14 working days from the date of dispatch. The parcel will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order being confirmed. 

We ask for your telephone number when you place your order so that we can contact you quickly if there are any problems with the delivery or the order.



We only accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order.

NUNAMAE is not responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning a product for exchange. These costs are the responsibility of the client. The return of the product will be the responsibility of the client, and will only be refunded if the return is our responsibility (i.e. a defective product).

The refund of the amount paid by the customer will only be made after confirmation of the condition of the products and will always use the same channel for which the payment was made. In case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account or card and will be available immediately.

Products to be exchanged must be returned in perfect condition. NUNAMAE products must not have been used, handled or washed. Only products returned with the original packaging, fully intact and with the original labels on each product will be accepted.
