Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship with our customers.
Any order placed via the Internet implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If a condition is missing, it will be considered as having been governed by the practices in force in the sales sector.
The general terms and conditions of sale may be adapted or modified at any time. In case of modification, the general sales conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.

Article 3: Order
The client places the order according to the process in force on the website. A click on "Add to cart", leads to the acceptance of the prices, volumes and quantities of the products put in the cart.
The client is required to provide all the necessary information for the delivery: Name, address, access code, floor, telephone number.
The recorded information is considered as proof of the transactions concluded between the company and its clients. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

Article 4: Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in EUR.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.


Article 5: Product availability

Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, the offers are valid subject to availability.
When an order is placed on the site www.nunamae.com, we undertake to check the availability of the product(s) ordered and to keep you informed.
In the event of unavailability or a delay of more than 30 days, we may offer you a similar product or not validate your transaction


Article 6: Withdrawal period
All items can be exchanged or refunded within the legal and contractual time limits, except for products that may no longer be sold after a possible return.

If the customer makes use of this right of withdrawal in exceptional cases exceptional cases,If the customer uses this right of withdrawal in exceptional cases, he/she may return the product to the address mentioned in Article 2. The company is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer for the returned goods, but not the amount of the delivery. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods. The refund is due within 5 weeks from the day our company receives your return package. In the event of a request for an exchange, it is requested to indicate the reason, so that it can be analyzed. (See article 14).

Article 7 : Delivery

For home deliveries, a person must be present at the place of delivery during the day (with proof of identity), otherwise the costs of the new delivery will be borne by the customer.
Delivery is made either by handing over the product directly to the buyer or by simply notifying the buyer that the product is ready for delivery.
Delivery times are only given as an indication and cannot give rise, on the part of the buyer, to the cancellation of the order or a claim for damages in the event of a delay due to any event. In case of doubt, the customer may inquire before placing the order with the company.
In the case of a delivery by a carrier, or any person mandated, it is advisable for the customer to check the contents of the packages received. The customer shall take the necessary time to check the contents at the time of delivery. The recipient must mention any anomaly on the delivery slip. He must check the packages in detail on delivery, both inside (contents of the packages) and outside (damaged cardboard).
The products travel at the risk of the buyer, who must make any necessary observations in the event of damage or shortage and confirm his reservations by extrajudicial act or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to www.nunamae.com within three days of receiving the articles.
The customer acknowledges that the company may make partial deliveries in the event of stock shortages on certain references.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, except if a notable rectification of the prices is due to a variation in price from one of our suppliers, in which case we may cancel the said order without compensation.
The products are sent at the normal rate, i.e. generally a delivery period of 6/8 working days from the date of dispatch. The parcel will be dispatched within 3 working days after the order has been confirmed. 


We ask for your telephone number when you place your order so that we can contact you quickly in the event of a delivery or order problem.

Article 8: Payment

Each carpet is unique, and the colour may change slightly from the pictures on the website, as these are rugs made from scraps. For this reason we do not do returns, but you can make an exchange.

We recommend washing cold and not drying in the machine. 

Custom orders: Custom orders will not be exchanged or refunded.
